ABOUT THE ROOM: This is private master bedroom with ensuite private bath, very large mirrored closet, tile floor in the bedroom and tile floors in the bathroom. Here's the best part: INCLUDES ALL UTILITIES, wireless internet, electric, gas, water, and trash. You would have your own parking spot, as well as access to an on-site coin-operated washer and dryer. ABOUT US: We are a group of folks that are quiet, clean, easy to communicate/get along with and we are looking for a person that can vibe with us to join our house. Current housemates are coed and include: young professionals working at LAX, UCLA and other professionals. The home has a large shared common area including a kitchen with private pantry and private refrigerator area, a large living room, dining room, a laundry room. There is a quiet friendly vibe to the house. There are rarely to never at all any guests over, no one smokes and some of the housemates occasionally drink. ABOUT US: Currently the residents sharing this home are young professionals working at UCLA and LAX and other professionals. All the residents have their own private bedrooms and bathrooms. The house has a large fully furnished living room with Smart TV and dining room area along with fully equipped kitchen with 2 large refrigerators. Shared common area includes a kitchen with private pantry and private refrigerator area, a large living room, dining room, a laundry room. There is a friendly vibe to the house. You can be private or social, you decide and everyone in the house respects that and our current group varies in that respect as well as people being busy. Easy public transport just 1.5 blocks away on Century Blvd. Parking spot included. Within Blocks of both major LA freeways, the 105 and the 405. Less than 10 minutes from the LAX airport. Less than 10 minutes to nearby beaches (El Segundo, Hermosa, Redondo, the Strand (a boardwalk that connects the beaches perfect for walking, running, roller blading, skateboarding, cycling).
