Spacious floor plans featuring magnificent views of the Iowa State Center. The kitchen features a large pantry and countertop seating that opens to the living room. In-unit washer and dryer offer the convenience of doing laundry while relaxing or studying. Assigned parking is included with rent, along with free heat, and 1 Gigabit internet. This property is pet friendly for $50 a month, with no pet deposit required. Our pet policy allows for dogs and cats with a maximum size of 20 pounds by 20 inches. Other caged pets are not charged.
