There is one off street parking and the apartment is located in a cul-de-sac in central Missoula. Residents have access to small exercise room nearby. Tenant pays gas & electric utilities and $25 water fee per month. Landlord pays garbage & sewer. We require a lease through May 31, 2026. Security deposit equal to one months rent, and there is an application process (online, $45) requiring rental references, stable employment, good credit and background check etc. Please call or email for additional information and showings (upon preliminary approval). This apartment is managed by a small local property management company, Mission Properties Missoula with licensed property managers.
