Close to downtown in the Whiteaker, near Red Barn and Ninkasi. Cats OK with $300 additional deposit. Dogs ok with additional $300 deposit. (Requires a good reference, and no puppies or aggressive breeds are allowed.) Six month rental agreement. Please visit www sagelbd com for more information or to turn in an application. Contact us to set up a showing. This is a designated no smoking property. Applications will be accepted beginning 3/11/26 at 9:00am and the application period will be open until the unit is rented. Per the City of Eugene, if an application is turned in prior to the open period, it is considered to be received 8 hours after the time period above opens.
