Each apartment in this complex has a functional wood-burning fireplace in the living room that adds appeal and coziness to the space. The kitchens are equipped with a range, dishwasher, refrigerator, and garbage disposal. The spacious living room and bedrooms have carpeted flooring, while the kitchen and bathroom have vinyl flooring. The buildings are secured, and upper-level units have attached balcony decks. Ground floor units do not have balconies. Laundry is available on-site with coin-operated machines. Tenants receive 1 parking permit with their lease. An Ames Fitness gym membership is included. Tenants pay only electricity and water utilities. Landlord pays for 1 gig ICS internet, garbage pick-up, lawn and snow care. Tenants must provide a wifi router, if desired. The Conifer Chateau offers affordable and comfortable living at a great location in Ames! Please let us know if you have pets.
