I enjoy living at Brookwood Apartments. I feel safe and the trees present an amazing view from the windows in my home office (dining room). I originally had some minor maintenance requests when I first moved in, but Alan is the most responsive handy-man in most of my experiences. They are strict about rent and late payments so if you can't pay rent on the 1st-5th, I suggest moving elsewhere. The grounds are always kept clean and groomed. Oh, measure your washer/dryer for laundry room. The room is small but I have a full size W/D that were moved into laundry room with ease. I encourage all prospective tenants to call the Management Office and speak with Missy or Anna about living in Brookwood. The location is awesome btw. I look to see you here.

Brookwood is an amazing complex! The neighborhood is well-kept, safe, and very beautiful. Anytime I have had a concern, it has always been acknowledged and taken care of right away by the staff. Nick helped me to set up my lease and make sure I was comfortable. It was such a pleasure to work with him, and the rest of the staff are also friendly, professional, easy-going, and a delight to work with. It is a pleasure to be able to call Brookwood my home!
