My husband and I were shown an apartment here that is for rent. There was visible mold on the ceiling and things were very run down. There were also problems with the apartment complex as a whole. For example, there were broken steps on the only staircase up to an apartment, and the siding of one building was covered in mold. It doesn't appear as though the owner handles maintenance. I would not recommend this location.
