I recently moved into this apartment complex, and I couldn’t be happier. From the moment I stepped into the leasing office, the staff made me feel like family. Their warm welcome and genuine interest in my needs were truly exceptional. The Apartment: My unit is spacious, well-maintained, and flooded with natural light. The modern amenities, including the fitness center and pool, have exceeded my expectations. The staff, maintenance, security and upkeep of the community is definitely noticed!

My family and I have been living at Brookwood for 4years now and it has gotten better with time. The management and maintenance team are responsive, compassionate, and timely. There have been a-lot of overall improvements to the common spaces. There is a great attention to detail that is greatly appreciated. Our laundry rooms were recently renovated, new grills have been placed in the lounging areas, and overall needed landscaping has rejuvenated the plush walking areas. The pet friendly family atmosphere gives a homie feel even though its a big complex. Shout out to Karla and Priscilla for being actively engaged and fabulous management! It's a great place to live!
