Recently moved into this new 55+ community and it is a beautiful place to call home. Being new like any new construction has had some bumps in the road! However the management staff have been very helpful in resolving issues. They are interested in making sure we are happy in our new home. The apartment itself is great, we have an eastern view with sunshine to wake us everyday. A nice balcony to enjoy NC weather! All amenities are conveniently located with an additional rooftop gathering space. This is truly a very nice community! Jim & Julie Security bars placed for shower & toilet. Excellent job. Thank you

I moved to Wilmington to be closer to my daughter and grandchildren. The apartment complex I moved to in 2023 was nice but mostly young adults and families. Here at Oak Grove we’re mostly retirees wanting to make new friends and have activities. The management here is wonderful. They really try to meet your needs. If you’re thinking about downsizing you definitely need to come tour Oak Grove. My apt. looks out over the pool. It’s like living at a resort. I’m looking forward to all the things they have planned in the future. Helen Steelman
