NON-RESIDENT REVIEW: I recently had the pleasure of touring Parkway Lakeside, and I must say, it stands out as my absolute favorite among the properties I’ve seen in the O’Fallon/Shiloh area. Vickie, who is in management, provided a tour for both my mother and me, and she truly made the experience exceptional. Vickie is not only professional and knowledgeable, but also incredibly personable and charismatic. Her attentiveness to our inquiries, coupled with her enthusiasm for showcasing the property, made us feel valued and never rushed. The property itself is nothing short of breathtaking. The lake in the middle of the complex adds a serene and picturesque touch, making it feel like a peaceful retreat. The spacious layouts are modern and thoughtfully designed, giving the impression of entering a home rather than just an apartment. Unique features like double garages, a pet spa, a modern dog park, and the impressive saltwater pool further elevate the living experience. As a pet owner, I particularly appreciated the DOGGY DNA testing policy, which ensures that the grounds remain clean and welcoming. Parkway Lakeside clearly takes great pride in their property, and it shows in every detail. If I choose to make this my home, I have no doubt that I would feel both safe and thoroughly cared for. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-maintained place to live.

Parkway lakeside has been the best complex. I have a group of employees that moved here with me for just 4 months and they have been so accommodating and helpful. Most complexes parking policies are terrible but there is tons of close guest parking and they keep the pool, gym and other areas super clean and convenient. Some tenants are impolite and don’t like younger people but overall it’s been amazing. Would stay here if you’re looking at other complexes in the area.
