I lived at Timberland at Crestbruck for almost a year. Management was always super friendly, especially Melissa she was always so sweet. Maintenance was always there within a couple hours of putting in a request. They have an amazing dog park that my dog loved. We really enjoyed this dog park. The apartments were very spacious and cozy. A very family friendly place!

In March I will have lived here for 1 year and I totally intend on renewing my lease. I have had nothing but great experiences since moving in. I've had some extenuating circumstances that they have been so great about. They have gone above and beyond as far as I am concerned. Definitely an awesome Community to live in! And the pool in the summertime is amazing. I swam laps last summer in the mornings and it was so peaceful. UPDATE- Still the best place to live in Ankeny, hands down. Of course it's the only place I have lived in Ankeny that was mine. I recently had a new toilet put in and as usual, they did an amazing job and I'm beyond satisfied!!
