The Seville welcomes one small pet (cat or dog) with a maximum weight of 25 lbs. at maturity. Pet licensure is required and proof that pet is up to date on all vaccinations is also required. A non-refundable pet fee of $300.00 is required prior to the pet being approved for occupancy as well as a monthly pet rent of $35.00. Resident agrees that they will be financially responsible for any and all cleaning, deodorization, and damage charges resulting from the pet.
