Walking distance to Ian Deutch Memorial Park and JG Johnson Elementary School.- Tenant pays all utilities. - No smoking. - Pets allowed 25lbs and under only with a monthly pet rent of $50 per month.- One-time non-refundable $50 key fee.- Admin fee of $350 NON-REFUNDABLE collected upfront to hold the unit once an application has been approved. Please note that the $350 Admin fee is non-refundable. Contact us to learn more about our No Upfront Security Deposit option. Eligibility is based on credit report and determined by our third-party provider during the application process. If denied, the full security deposit equal to one month's rent will be required.
