There is a quiet tenant above this unit and the quiet owner/landlord lives below this unit, so quiet tenants are a must. • Quiet, well-behaved pets allowed at owner’s discretion with a $2000 pet deposit. • This unit does not have an enclosed grass area so dogs will need to be walked and all poop must be picked up, whether on property or off. • No smoking in the apartment or anywhere on/near the property. • First month’s rent plus $2,000 security deposit, and $2,000 pet deposit if applicable, due prior to move-in.
