Lido Beach Towers is a gated community offering a very special way of life. It includes Full concierge service, assigned parking spaces for residents, and unlimited guest parking. Direct access to our private beach, tennis&ball courts, fire pit, multiple barbecue areas and our own community garden. Huge state of the art fully equipped gymnasium, indoor game room&billiards room, and a brand new large outdoor heated swimming pool with 2 showers, 2 bathrooms&a large lounge area. Two new double laundry rooms are on located each floor. In addition there is a separate lounge&library, with multiple seating areas, tables, Large flatscreen TV, a mini kitchen and fireplace for residents to use as additional indoor entertainment space. Summertime our Cabana boys will take your beach chairs and umbrellas from the public storage room, right out to the waters edge and back at the end of the day. Secure indoor storage areas are also available for Surfboards, bicycles&personal items.
