They raise rent any chance they get, there's a pest problem, management is a nightmare, maintenance is bad, they're disrespectful to tenants, they can't figure out how to work rent payments

The management has lost their minds. They raised our rent by 50 bucks from 750 to 800 a few months ago which was manageable but annoying. Now they just emailed us to inform all tenants that if we wish to stay and renew our contract then our rent will be $1050! For new contracts it’s $1150. Existing tenets get a $100 “loyalty” discount, whoopee!! Let me tell you right now, in now way is this place worth over $1000. Maintenance is nonexistent, management is straight up rude to tenants, and the place was overrun with bugs and weeds for the entire summer and fall and nobody could be bothered to come out and pull weeds or spray pest killer. You get one parking pass which is fine until winter when you have to have a permit to park on the street or you get ticketed, a permit that we were told the management would try to get from the city which they failed to do. Do not pay these people $1150 for this shoebox of an apartment. There are entire townhomes available for about that price in Logan. Needless to say we will not be renewing our contract.
