Please be prepared to pay the application fee as outlined in the property listing. You will need to provide basic information about your business. We will also need a copy of driver’s license for all principals of the company. The following items will be required within the steps to follow: Basic questionnaire about the business’s history and operations. Banking and credit references are required. If your business is a start-up, you will be required to submit a business plan with a minimum 3-year cash-flow projection and pro-forma showing income and expenses. All existing businesses will be required to submit Profit and Loss statements for all years in business or up to 3 years worth of financial data. Names and social security numbers of all principals. Commercial rental history questionnaire. Authorization of credit report checks for both the company name within the application and the principals. - What are your lease terms? All commercial leases are for a minimum of 2 years. | ||
