Thank you for contacting us about our new development in Hopkinsville, we began construction about 2 years ago and are very excited to be a part of the Hopkinsville community. Little River Landings has 88-units and is a family property, with a mix of 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom flats and 2- and 3-bedroom two story town houses. The property has 11 residential buildings, each with a mix of floor plans, and a community building which includes the leasing office, lobby, exercise room and other amenities. The property is income restricted, based on the size of the family (cannot exceed this amount at the time of move-in) and rents are a set amount by floor plan. Resident will pay their electric, and the property will pay water, trash and sewer. We welcome applicants that are Housing Choice Voucher holders, as well. Current income limits and current rents are below: Rents: 1BR - $785 monthly 2BR - $950 monthly 3BR - $1085 monthly
