We moved in back in 2019. This will be our fourth year living here me and my little family. The managers are always real good with the tenets and attempt to resolve any issues to the best of their resources. However, the owners of this building are rude, two-faced and unprofessional. They will attempt to use any reason and or excuse to raise the rent, but get nothing done. If they attempt to fix any issues, they use an outside source that is very low budget to save themselves money in so many situations, we have attempted to reach out and make a better living standard for our children as well as our neighbors do the same. We are on our way to getting out of here because of the simple fact these people are letting everything go and don’t want to fix anything. when I say fix anything, I don’t just mean verbal issues or any conflicts because all the people that live here are cool we get along with them what I mean is the basics the floors are old and have probably been here since this place opened back in the early 1900s the ceilings are falling apart there’s mold in the showers and closets. The blinds are fragile and cracked the carpets are worn and torn but every time we try to get them repaired or up to date they make a big deal about it and try to raise the rent.

This place might look nice on the outside but beware. They have the old popcorn ceilings ( probably with asbestos) there's mold within the apartments. They charge way to much for having no amenities. There are so many code violations it's not even funny. They take forever to address issues but are quick to charge you for any little violation. I've never lived but someone I know has.
