This unit is nonsmoking, and renter's insurance is required. Pets are welcome with a $300 nonrefundable pet fee and increased monthly rent of $35 for a cat or $50 for a dog. Each adult must complete an application, application fee is $40 each and nonrefundable. Full background check, criminal check, and eviction history search required.
