Our apartments are fully furnished units. The 5x3 NorthStar floor plan pictured in this example is our most common, a 5-bedroom apartment with 3 bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite. There is ample open space in the living area and kitchen, with sitting sofas, a TV, a coffee table, and a dining table. The kitchen comes equipped with dishwasher, fridge, stove and microwave all in stainless steel. Each bedroom has a window with blackout shades. The high-rise bed provides additional storage under it, and the study table has three storage drawers, making it perfect for studying for school. We are pre-leasing for September 2026 too! This is the best time to secure your spot and take advantage of the lowest prices we will offer. What does pre-lease mean? Pre-lease means you will secure accommodations with us regardless of preference for floor plan/bedroom type. You may request a specific floor plan/bedroom type, but it is not guaranteed until we conduct a unit assessment in the spring. This can mean that if we don’t have a floor plan/bedroom type or full vacant unit to accommodate a group, then we might have to separate a group as needed, assign you or your group under a different floor plan and bedroom based on what we have available at the time. The laundry card costs $10, just the card with no balance 3. Parking Parking space is not included in the lease agreement.
