I've been living here for the last year and a half and I've enjoyed it here. The staff are friendly, diligent, and kind. My neighbors are very nice too! The living is spacious for 1-2 people and cost is affordable! They're very willing to work with you if you're struggling as long as you communicate with them. I've never really had any issues here and don't leave reviews very often so I wanted to share my thoughts. It's simple living and quiet for the most part if you don't mind the train on the other side of town.

I just moved in and I have been very impressed with the staff here already!! Mariah and Marty have already gone above and beyond, maintenance is very quick to respond to any issues, it's very quiet and peaceful , it's a perfect location close to shopping and schools, the apartment itself, a 1 bdr, 1 bath, is very cute, clean and there's plenty of space between neighboring apartments, rent is very affordable!!
