With the city's vibrant energy at your doorstep, there's always something to do. Inside, you'll find a beautifully updated space designed for modern living. The brand-new kitchen appliances are perfect for cooking up your favorite meals, and the in-unit washer and dryer add to your convenience—no more trips to the laundromat! The apartment has been freshly painted and features hardwood floors throughout. Resident pays gas heat and electricity. Water, sewer and trash is bundled together at $50 per month. This house is no smoking and renter's insurance is required. Residents will be enrolled in Resident Benefit Package that includes renter's insurance and credit building for $25/month. One pet is welcome with a $300 non refundable pet fee and an additional $50 per month for a dog or $35 per month for a cat. Each adult must complete an application, application fee is $40 each and is nonrefundable. Full background check, criminal check, and rental history search required. Monthly gross income should exceed $3975 and credit score should be above 630. Our company is resident focused, service oriented, and we would love for you to make your home with us!
