This bright one-bedroom apartment is available for an immediate move-in. This second floor unit has a brand new kitchen and all new appliances. Unit #20 sits right in the middle of the building, with a beautiful straight-on view of the water. Our property sits ON the beach and we have a huge, private patio for our tenants to enjoy just steps from the sand. Spend your days enjoying the sights and sounds of the ocean right outside your door. The rent includes ALL utilities (heat/AC, electricity, water, trash) as well as Wifi. We have a coin-op laundry room and secure mail room for tenant use. Each unit also comes with one assigned off-street parking spot. One cat allowed - sorry, no dogs. This is NOT just a winter rental - no move-out or price hike once summer hits. Please reach out to Highgate Management to schedule a showing or for more information.
