This exceptionally priced micro apartment will be available for an early December move-in. At 135SF, this unit is great for someone who stays busy with work, school, travel, etc and doesn't need a lot of space. ALL utilities and WiFi are included in the rent, as well as one off-street parking space. The best part of this unit is that is sits right ON the beach and tenants have a large, private patio right by the sand. We also have a secure mail room and laundry room on-site. This first floor unit has a kitchenette with built in microwave, mini fridge, and a two burner cooktop. (Please note that there is no oven.) This unit is best suited for a twin bed or futon/pull out style bed, but can accommodate up to a full bed (as in photo.) *We have used a blueprint and 3D renderings to best show what can fit.* This unit is NOT available for a short-term lease. Please reach out to Highgate Management to schedule a showing or for more information. You can respond directly to this ad or call 207-200-7775. (12 month lease required.
