This unit has two large bedrooms, updated bathroom, large living room with dining area opening to bright kitchens with upgraded appliances. All units have views of downtown Astoria and the Columbia River, in addition to private decks or patios, covered parking, on-site laundry and other amenities. Complex is well located, well maintained, and has private park. All upcoming units have some stairs between main door and entry to apartment. The design of the complex does not allow for elevators. The apartments are all single level- no stairs once you enter the unit. Rent is $1795. There is a $50 per pet month increase in the rent and a $500 per pet increase in the security deposit. 1 pet maximum. Tenants pay electricity and cable/internet if desired. All other utilities are included in rent. Security deposits are commensurate with level of rent and condition of unit and complex. Our office is in the ground floor of The Illahee Apartments, located at the corner of 11th Street and Grand Avenue since 1969. Our apartment complexes are clean and well maintained, and the individual apartment units are upgraded as necessary. We manage only those units in our own portfolio, and will not rent an apartment that we would not live in ourselves. Many tenants have rented the same apartment from us for ten to twenty years.
