Complex is well located, well maintained, and has private park. All upcoming units have some stairs between main door and entry to apartment. The design of the complex does not allow for elevators. The apartments are all single level- no stairs once you enter the unit. Rent is $1795. There is a $50 per pet month increase in the rent and a $500 per pet increase in the security deposit. 1 pet maximum. Tenants pay electricity and cable/internet if desired.
