stayed here years ago the apartments were very affordable. had a 2 bed 2 bath. the tenants were friendly and quiet besides the chihuahua next door. after a repair from the super large desert roaches came thru a whole in the wall. they tried to fix it with combat gel. I ordered advion and it got rid of the roach problem. other than that I had no issues here. ac and heat was good and the environment was quiet.
