Unfortunately, I was not able to rent an apartment here yet as someone else got to it before me. I just wanted to say though that Joe, from the team at Bridge Road Commons has been amazing! He is so thorough, kind, and caring, and responded immediately, even on the weekend, when everyone else we have been reaching out to have not responded at all during weekend hours. He is such a nice person, and a pleasure to work with for sure. I just want to make sure that he and the wonderful person and asset to the team that he is, does not go unnoticed as he does an amazing job!! We could not have worked with someone better as far as we feel Thank you again, so very much, Joe!! 🤗

I have been looking for a safe and well run apartment complex for a while now. I recently came across Bridge Road Commons which is located in the perfect spot between the historic middletown, where my fiance works and the relaxing Connecticut shoreline. I reached out to the leasing team and with no surprise they responded right away. The leasing team has been incredibly helpful, answering texts and phone calls whenever I had questions, at any time of day! Good customer service is hard to come by in today's automated society, however the team at Bridge Road Commons has this as their top priority. I would highly recommend checking out these apartments. They are brand new and tastefully modern with lots of natural light. Personally, the open floor plans and high ceilings are just a couple of my favorite parts. To top it all off, the units even come with outside storage space! I truly can't say enough good things about this place. Go check them out today, because these won't last long!
