Not only are we located blocks from Coronado High School and a short drive from Putnam Elementary, but we're within walking distance of the post office, two grocery stores, the Cinemark West movie theatre and the Westside Family Branch YMCA. Inside our luscious community,We have 5 different spacious floor plans with black or stainless steel appliances, walk in closets, balconies/patios to enjoy our beautiful sunsets, washer/dryers hookup on selected units, and large windows to receive the bright El Paso sunlight. Not only that, there is ample picnic space adjoining our relaxing pool area complete with a built-in BBQ pit. In the clubhouse we offer copy and fax services for working professionals and a comfortable space to entertain in or relax in depending on your needs.

Edit: I didn’t have hot water in my shower and both Eric and Victoria were amazing at getting it done super fast. The maintenance man was super kind and fast as well. I’m very happy with my new home and thankful for management. 😊 Eric is awesome and super helpful! He took care of me and got me into my new place quick!

Hi! I am not going to lie, at first when I applied to get an apartment here I was kinda skeptical about it because of all the bad reviews I saw. This is my second month here and I think the place is totally worth the money. I haven’t had any problems and the apartment is in very good condition, not to mention the awesome view I have from my windows (I can see the mountains). Eric and all his staff are pretty awesome and very friendly and I do enjoy talking to them when I see them around ☺️. So far I am very happy here! And I hope it stays that way 🤞🏻. I’ll do an update on this review when I hit my six months here 😌 Did I mentioned the fast processing and approval of the application? Oh 😥 I didn’t, but now I have and now you know!
