I was able to schedule a tour fast. The application process is fast. Whitney is awesome! Highly recommend! Update: I’ve lived here for a year and still recommend it. Maintenance is responsive, and the staff is kind, transparent, and quick to resolve issues. My AC went out one night in summer and they had it fixed by morning. Rent is reasonable, with in-unit washer/dryer and full appliances. Overall, it’s a safe community with great apartments—I’m happily renewing for another year.

I've been living here for a little over a year now and I love it so far! The staff are great and get on top of problems as fast as they can! For example the parking situation has become a pretty big problem here and they are actively trying to fix it, which I appreciate their efforts! They are very fast to respond to maintenance requests and do a good job when they do! They are also constantly doing community events to make this a great neighborhood and community!

I have lived here for over three years and have been here from the transition from “Chandler Park” to “Dream Owensboro” and seen the significant change since then. In the beginning that first year it was a rough transition between the two (the reason for most of the lower reviews were all during that year), but eventually Dream Owensboro got the crew they have there now and I can say without a doubt it’s 100 times better even than when it was Chandler. A big change was when the current property manager Brandi arrived on scene and together with Whitney (who’s also been here the whole time), were able to work together and get this place up to speed. Together, not only were they able to get the leasing system and office operational, but they were able to hire and put together one of the best maintenance crews I’ve seen here yet (Adam, Josh, and Alex). They not only daily are seen on the property maintaining the grounds and buildings, but even weekends and nights they respond within a timely manner. All in all I’m very impressed and happy to be here. As a final note, besides the great staff they have here now, the other reason I chose to live here is because of how nice and safe it is here. I’m currently a deputy sheriff and have two kids under 6 and this was one of the primary reasons I picked this apartment complex over everywhere else. Much of this again is because of the staff and strict enforcement of their lease agreement such as no drugs (including marijuana), and other things such as strict access to the pool and other amenities. Although that may seem ridiculous or “mean”, in the end I can testify from my experience of not only living other places, but as a LEO, it has kept this place from becoming the norm of most others here and why I choose to stay here. In the end, their prices are a little higher and expensive than everywhere else, but you definitely get what you pay for here. I love Dream Owensboro, and I definitely will be staying here for as long as I can with my family.
