Very nice complex. Within walking distance to grocery store and Post Office and on the bus line. Apartments are well appointed and management is knowledgeable and very friendly. Will definitely consider these apartments for my move.

Sachi very unprofessional. Will linger outside your apartment, talk about you to your neighbors and harass you. She came pounding my door scaring my daughter about a notice and my one year old was startled crying as a result of it. It’s unsafe here. I’m disgusted with the lack of professionalism. Maintenance is walking around with open container alcohol and reeks of weed. They move around in different sections and leave the door open. Save your money and don’t rent here.

The construction quality is good, but that’s about the only positive thing I can say. I was recently bitten by a black pit bull right outside my apartment. I immediately reported this to management, expecting them to take action. Instead, I was told that there were noise complaints coming from my apartment! Seriously? Rather than addressing a dangerous situation, they deflected with irrelevant issues. that were already present before we arrived. i know everyone in my complex except 1 tenant :) It gets worse. Mail and packages are constantly misplaced or never received at all. The security here is a joke—doors are left wide open, giving anyone free access to the apartments. The parking situation is a mess too. Half the cars don’t even belong to residents here or aren’t from Washington, making the area feel unsafe. Although every parking spot is numbered, there are no signs indicating that these spots are assigned, so good luck parking in your own spot. There’s no enforcement of parking rules, so anyone can park wherever they want without consequence.

I was only here a month and I’m already legally getting out of my lease because I am being harassed by the on site manager April. They go into your apartment without permission/Notices, People are running around screaming & drinking all the time, People stalk you and follow you around, This is not a safe apartment to be in at all.
