I lived here with my family for about three years. I came out because of moving, but this place was really nice to live in. The manager of the leasing office was also quick and kind. There is some noise between floors, but the apartment itself feels quiet and well managed.

We just wanted to share how satisfied and happy we were with the experience of renting from Eastland Apartments. Sara, the property manager, does an excellent job managing the property. If there is a repair that needs completed, it is done in an acceptable time frame, and they work well with the tenants with regard to that repair. There is complete honesty from this manager and the company. When our family member moved out, there were a couple minor things to fix, and they were very honest with regard to the damage deposit They kept funds needed to perform repairs and refunded what was due back to us with no hassle. Thank you, Sara, for doing such a phenomenal job. You are to be commended! There are, unfortunately, some rental companies out there who have little regard for ethics, honesty or the tenants they are serving. That certainly is not the case with you and the company you represent. We will not hesitate to contact you and the company, again, should we need an apartment in the future.
