So far i have absolutely loved the Briarwood Apartments! The staff has been amazing and welcoming. We have had zero issues and cant wait to really settle here. The area is very clean, calm, and the neighbors are very nice!! I highly recommend these apartments if you’re looking for something comfortable and affordable!!!

I started looking for an apartment in the Woodward area in March. I had heard really good things about Briarwood Apartments from asking around to locals, friends and family. I called and was introduced to Kelly. She is the new property manager (about a year or so). She was awesome from start to finish, answering all my questions... and I had a lot. lol She sent me the application that you can fill out online and it was a very easy process. She told me how much my electric bill would on be average each month. She was very transparent about everything. I cant leave out Sarah. She was just as awesome as Kelly and the smiles and friendliness you get from them both puts you at ease and makes the whole process that much easier. After moving in, as with any new place you move into, there are some issues. Mine were with plumbing, the washing machine, etc. Noting major, but every issue was dealt with swiftly and promptly. They never made me feel like I was too EXTRA if you know what I mean. lol They also answer the phone anytime you need something and will take care of it right then, if not, as soon as possible. They delivered my mail key after hours once they received it from the postal carrier. I also cant leave out the guys that take care of the maintenance and cleaning. Carl and Kory are to of the nicest guys and jump right on whatever issue you might have. I had a drain in my shower that wouldn't drain. They came and fixed it that day. There have been a couple of other little things that they took care of as well. My son is now moving into a one bedroom since he likes my apartment so much and how Kelly was so awesome in showing them different options after hours mind you, and after she had already had a long day. She didn't hesitate when I text her at 6pm on a Tuesday to look at units with them. If you are looking for an apartment in the Woodward area and want an easy process and friendly service, this is the place. I've been here just over a month, I am settled in for the most part and I am very happy with the whole process and decision to live here. Brad Croft
