While moving in, it was nice to have neighbors ask if I needed help and to have someone speak to me or wave at me as I made my way in and around the complex. I had a minor problem in my apartment and one call had it fixed the next morning. The front office has been both helpful and friendly in making me feel comfortable and I’m glad that I chose the Lofts.
