What a surprise, ESPECIALLY given the location! Most of the units are cottage style living experiences, the parking is gated, there's storage on site, units are clean and unique (definitely NOT a boring style). Everything is so quiet here, I can't believe it! Even the things that break, maintenance staff is here quickly to fix the problem. Frankly, these apartments are just a hair more expensive than the downtown competition, which almost drove me away honestly, but evaluating needs, expectations and actual value, especially if one has ever had their car vandalized or broken into by some of these wild people out here, you need to understand the absolute gem that is peace of mind! Other pluses, there's lots of food, grocery shopping, and a gym within a mile of the complex, plus the highway is right there, a little more than a mile. I'm not an advertiser, just letting the truth be known out there. You like your bugs, your noises and your vandals, choose the downtown apartments. But, if you actually want to LIKE where you live, maybe give El Campo a call and see what's there at offer. I was surprised, I think you will be too.

I would highly recommend renting at El Campo Apartments! The apartment complex is clean ,with well kept grounds,quiet,gated,safe. Management is friendly,polite and very prompt in responding to any questions I had. My one bedroom,one bath is newly refurbished, very clean! If I could ,I would give El Campo Apartments a 10 star.
