What a great location! My friend found these apartments in downtown Lakeland across from the park. It's downtown, but in a neighborhood which makes it feel cozy.

I was in Lakeland visiting a friend who is looking to move and tagged along with them for a tour of these apartments. Matt gave us a tour of the two bedroom unit. They are large! Over 1,200 square feet. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and they overlook the park. Definitely one of the top choices for my friend.
