Amazing place to live in Lafayette. Great staff who are responsive to their tenants. A/C went out and the part would take a week to get in, staff went out of their way to recharge my leaking system so I could get through the hot weekend. Awesome events! Just had a “Going back to School” pool party. Great food, give-aways and music. Nice chance to meet other tenants. Thanks to the staff for being great and providing a clean, safe and cool place to live in Lafayette!

Wife & I lived there for a 6 month lease until she finished school. Stayed in a 1 bedroom. Our experience was fine. Didn't have any major issues. Maintenance was always prompt (had a small faucet leak & minor issue with ants). Both situations could happen anywhere you live. Both were resolved quickly. (Hey. One thing I noticed is we never saw one roach which is odd cause roaches are everywhere down here. Right?) Main office workers were always friendly. Like all the time. I didn't have long conversations with them or anything but when I would email for maintenance or pay rent they were normal and polite. Didn't have much interaction with neighbors which was nice ( I am a friendly person by the way. Though sometimes when I would hear a neighbor leaving their apt, I would wait until I didn't hear anything and then I would leave my apt). I wanted to stay here because of the gym membership. It's fantastic. Big. Lots of free weights and machines. We walked to it majority of the time. The neighborhood of River Ranch was nice as well. We would take afternoon walks or runs all the time. Packages are brought up to your door. You can drop rent checks off in the dropbox at the main office. We didn't use the pool area. We enjoyed that it was close to Whole Foods & Target. Fresh Market is walking distance too. Never had any issues with parking either. Always had a spot. I had the free parking. Elevator is nice to use when you have groceries or heavy packages. My complex was quiet. Though there were times when I thought big foot lived on top of me. I suppose big foot needs a place to live too though....Our place was clean when we moved in and we cleaned it thoroughly when we left. We received both our pet and rent deposit. Make sure to follow the terms of the lease. Pretty similar to any other lease you will sign. It may be more expensive than most apts. in Lafayette but you are paying for the area you are in. It's safe, near shops & restaurants, and quiet. More of an older crowd. Not a college crowd vibe. I'd recommend it to others.
