I stayed with my sister as a guest at the Chocolate Factory. The apartment building was designed to respect the Victorian factory design. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places. Therefore, they show the original brick walls and exposed pipes, and the color scheme is brown like chocolate with yellow and green accents. At this time, most residents are young. The developers created many recreation spaces such as a party room, theatre, lounge, and fitness center. This would be a good residence for the young set or people who appreciate history and those who admire fashionable and luxury living. It is next to the train which is bad because you can hear the train, but good because residents are near the MBTA purple line.
