Took a tour at the Canopy at Cottonwood with Maria and she was nice and knowledgeable on the property. The property was very nice and quiet. Everything looked like it was build well. I decided to sign and think I’ll enjoy my time there. Hanna helped me with my application and got everything moving. She made it fast and easy!

Absolutely enjoyed my experience touring the Canopy today. I love that I was able to easily set up an appointment with Hannah who was so accommodating and understanding about my schedule. She was wonderful to talk to, so kind, and provided me with a great tour and answered all of my questions. The Canopy is nothing short of amazing and I felt right at home. Walking into the one bedroom home I immediately was in awe of the openness, high ceilings, and fine finishes. After living in apartments for so many years it is wonderful to see that these are single level-detached apartments that are similar to and give you single family homes vibes. Beyond the homes I love that there are hammocks and a fitness center, which is well equipped with pelotons, free weights, and elipitcals. I can so see myself living and relaxing at the Canopy! I can't wait!
