Its possible I've just lucked out but I moved in recently and so far I couldn't be happier with my experience. Its quiet, I don't see any problems with dog poo around the area, the landscaping is beautiful, and the front office and maintenance has been very quick to respond. I see comments regarding the walls being paper thin but I haven't heard my neighbors at all. As far as price is concerned, in this area the price is VERY comparable and the apartments are much nicer than many in the area in the same price range. I looked at many before choosing Yacht Club. And I love that I can see wildlife around the area! Lots of birds, turtles, and a raccoon on my walk this evening :) I am honestly shocked by the google rating being so low so I had to come on and review it to try and get it to be more accurate :) UPDATE: After living here for nearly a year I'm still INCREDIBLY happy! It is so peaceful to sit on my porch at the end of the day and listen to the fountain in the lake. I only have wonderful things to say about maintenance. I put in a request at 11:30 PM and shockingly they were finished by 11 the next morning. This is the first apartment I've lived in and I'm pretty sure I'm spoiled and no other complex will compare :)

After 12 years of living in Bradenton, Florida and residing at 4 different apartments throughout the years, we finally discovered the best apartment to live in at the Yacht Club at Heritage Harbour. Within 2 years we noticed the apartments are kept up to building code and therefore living in a clean and healthly environment makes us feel safe; the landscape also has curb appeal. The ambitious office staff, Mersiha, Stephanie, Shinika, and Anthony along with the maintenance manager Fred and his crew are a joy to work with as they are courteous, professional, prompt efficient; in addition to respecting their residents, and utilizing amazing troubleshooting skills while making us feel at home.
