I moved from Belmont NC to Lexington on March 1977 attending DCCC. I lived in Fairview Village Apartments. It was the best apartment in town at the time. My rent was $175.00. The manager's name was Ms. Sullivan. Her husband had a cut and sew operation in town. Ms Sullivan was like a mother to me ( I used to call her "Mom"). She hired me and my roommate as maintenance guys for $2.50 an hour. I worked there while attending DCCC. Me and my roommate kept everything under control. Fairview village was the cleanest neighborhood. You could not even find a cigarette butt. I loved it there. Good memories from every square inch of Fairview Village.

Mike has been very understanding and has helped me out every step of the way. The price of the 2 bedroom apartment for the quality is really hard to beat. The property is great and I’m really excited to be approved and move in!
