Just a reminder that “recently renovated” does not mean upgrades..I would dare say they downgraded the apartments. Storage space and garbage disposal removed with rent increasing by nearly $200. The wood covering on the patios may look ugly, but it also decreases visibility across the entire complex thus decreasing safety. Prior to changing management companies, parking was not enforced for 4+ years. Now vehicles are towed and it was never communicated with loyal tenants that have been here multiple years. Beware of the butcher block countertops—they have not been sealed properly in most apartments. They painted over problems like water damage and broken wall paneling. I have also made many attempts to have pest control come out here consistently to get rid of the roaches. As most people know, German cockroaches require a lot of work to get rid of and the complex has not made the proper attempts to get rid of them. I signed a lease prior to being forced into these renovations, now I’m stuck in a place I don’t like. The owner/management company is completely inconsiderate. Two stars because I really did enjoy living here prior to the new ownership. Updating as I’ve lived in the renovations long enough to notice the horrible changes: the kitchen appliances are 100% a downgrade. The dishwasher pull-outs do not stay on the track (at all). The stove smells like gas whenever you use it. The fridge does not have the same features as the past one did. I’m convinced they came across an appliance sale and bought in bulk of the worst appliances they could find bc it was a “deal.” DO NOT MOVE IN HERE I challenge the owners/management to live here for a week to actually figure out the problems that NEED to be fixed. Not just fixing the appearances.

I rented this apartment for almost two years and it was so bad. Broken air conditioner wet my house. water on the floor. old and everything is always spoiled. But no one came to fix it. High price increase. THE MANAGER OF THIS APARTMENT ONLY KNOWS TO REPAIR THE OUTSIDE OF THE MIDDLE, Damaged and Dirty Apartment. People should never rent this apartment
