No previous evictions, notices to comply, broken leases, money owed to former landlords, and less than three late payments within the most recent 12 months. - A credit score of 650 or higher will require only a security deposit. - A credit score between 600 and 649 will require the security deposit and last month's rent. - Credit Score below 600 is denied. - These credit score considerations are required to be met by all applicants. - Co-signers will only be accepted for lack of income purposes or N/A credit score.
