(RLNE941697) This is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath, 1300 sq ft duplex with fully separated basement. Unit has a 3/4 fenced in back yard. The driveway is very large and enough to park 5+ vehicles without having to move cars! Awesome in the winter! Plenty of grass and the back fence opens to a field. There is a shed in back yard that can be used for storage. I own the duplex, rent out the left side and live in the right side so you have the owner living next door. I provide lawn service in the summer (cuts weekly) and snow removal in the winter. The only thing you would have to shovel is your back walk. This is a very residential, single family home feeling street. I am one of only 4 duplexes on the street and the rest are single family homes. Tenant pays electric, gas, and quarterly water with all separate meters. I am PET friendly depending on the pet / breed. Would require $250 non-refundable pet deposit. Monthly rent: $950 Deposit: 1 month rent ($950) First month and deposit due at least signing.
