It comes with a full-size bed and dresser/bookshelf, plus a nightstand, has a closet and ceiling fan. The house is one block from Clark's Cove, with easy access to the beaches and bike path, and south of Hazelwood Park. The rooms (living room, dining room/study, and both bedrooms) have full carpeting and all rooms have ceiling fans. All amenities are included in the rent- water, heat/electricity, cable, internet, and a landline phone. There is plenty of space to park, and a nice backyard. I have one well-behaved and friendly cat, I keep the place clean and am quiet and respectful. I like to cook and read in my spare time. TV and all appliances are shared, I'm very easy-going with regards to hobbies and guests, as long as they are respectful. Male or female roommate is fine, or even friends/a couple sharing the room. Please message me back if you are interested in meeting, and we can work out a tour from there. The lease goes until December but I would like to renew it. |
