I am actually looking to move out of my place at the end of September and I am starting to look for someone to sublet the rest of my apartment lease (you would take over and live in my place from October 1st to January 31st). I have had a great experience here but I am just ready to move closer to home in the Philadelphia area. The rate is $599/month and everything (all utilities) is (are) included (heat/ac, electric, trash, internet, cable)! The place comes furnished (bedframe, desk/chair, couches, table/chair) and also includes a free gym, game room, pool, tanning beds, office with computers, meeting rooms, and a shuttle bus service. I am currently living at Lions Gates Apartments in Bloomsburg, PA--right off of Rt. 80 and only about a 20 minute commute to Geisinger Medical Center in Danville. I have been a resident here for almost 2 years and have really enjoyed the housing and management. Since I have moved in, the prices have gone up to $725/month but because I was "grandfathered in" I still pay a rate of the original cost: $599/month.
