Quiet hours are between 9 p.m. and 9 a.m. No parties or gatherings with outside guests are allowed within the home or on the premises, unless previously approved in writing by the host. A $500 smoke remediation fee will be assessed if you or any members of your group violate the no smoking or vaping policy. If you bring more guests than are listed on your reservation, you agree to pay double the applicable guest fee, and if your group is disruptive, your group may be asked to leave the property and forfeit the remainder of your reservation without a refund. If you bring a pet without notifying us or in violation of this policy, you may be subject to a penalty, in addition to the applicable pet fees.
