The eat-in kitchen has stainless steel appliances as well as all the basics you will need. Bedroom one has a queen-size bed as well as a futon. Bedrooms two and three each have queen-size beds. All bedrooms are upstairs. Two full bathrooms, a half bath, and a laundry room complete the inside of this home. Enjoy your morning coffee on the covered front porch and end the day with some grilling on the back deck. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended, and they are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. Driveway parking is available for up to 4 cars. With grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and nightlife nearby, convenience is at your doorstep. Visit local favorites like Strawberry Ale Works and the McGregor Park RiverWalk, only 3 miles away. This house can be found using any GPS navigation system. Uber and Lyft service the area if needed. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. We may monitor noise with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
