The second floor features two beautifully appointed bedrooms, offering a restful retreat after a day at the beach. Each room is designed for comfort, with fresh linens, ample storage, and thoughtful touches to make you feel at home. Pets are welcome with a $25 per pet, per night fee. Each reservation includes parking for up to 2 cars. Parking passes will be provided on the kitchen table—place them on your windshield during your stay. A $250 penalty applies if noise level or other obscene behavior requires a police callout, and you will be dismissed from the property without a refund. A $100 penalty applies for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Please do not throw trash or paper towels in the toilet to avoid clogging. Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account.
