Entertainment is at your fingertips with a smart TV with streaming apps and high-speed Wi-Fi. Closet space with hangers, a fan, and storage for beach gear, along with an iron, hair dryer, and extra linens, are included for your convenience. We provide beach towels, chairs, and a cooler so you can travel light. A pet is allowed per reservation with a maximum weight of 35lb for a $125 fee per stay. If you're bringing a second pet, an additional fee of $100 is required. ESA pets incur the same fee, while service animals are free. We treat regularly and while we don’t issue refunds for pests, we’re always happy to assist if needed. The patio light is managed by the building and stays on 24/7 and cannot be switched off from inside the unit. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Check-in time is 4 PM EST and checkout time is 11 AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. Early check-in and late checkout requests are subject to availability and approval, with a fee of $20/hour when approved in advance. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the rental. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without refund and a $250 penalty charged.
