When I first moved into star I didn’t have a pleasant experience. However we are now under new management and I have nothing but praise to give to Adam our leasing office manager. Since he’s taken over, my emails and calls are answered in a reasonable time. He is extremely friendly and welcoming. I see him walking the property all the time just to keep an eye on things. I even heard from another resident that he comes out and personally cleans up after pets who’s owners haven’t. The pool at star is my favorite part, it’s secluded and private and always well kept. My neighbors are also very friendly which makes for pleasant elevator encounter. All in all I’d recommend star to others in the area. It’s one of the newer complexes and it’s in a prime location. You can walk to old town family dollar and the library in under 10 minutes ! Being next to the fire department also puts you at ease living there.

I have lived here for five years. The management has always been very helpful. We have even partnered together on a community garden. Most of the negative reviews here have another side to the story. I am looking forward to staying at Star. The price is very competitive compared to other lofts in Old Town.
